Penguin

Sketchbook doodle from a real-life photo sent to the artist by friends who had returned from an African safari.  This shy little guy was one of a large group of penguins enjoying playful capers on the beach and in the water on a sunny South African day.  These fortunate birds look so much more comfortable and happy, compared to the lifestyle and frigid climate of penguins existing in northern countries.
